I would like to introduce my homemade sushi. I will make: futumaki and hosomaki :)
Christmas are soon and It is not in style to make sushi for this holiday, but I am a big fan of this Japanese dish. It is healthy, not fat and delicious! Enjoy
We need a few indegredients to make sushi :
1. First step is of course about the rice. We have to buy special rice, that we can find in the Asians stores. It is a little bit more exspencive than a normal rice but its unnessecary to make sushi.
We put the rice into the boil for 10 minutes.
2. Second step is about preparing the veggies
3. ' the filling' is prepared :)
When the rice is ready and cooled we can start rolling the sushi. First we put on the bamboo mate 'nori'
Then on nori we put cooled rice
On the rice we put vegetables and salmon plus philadelphia cheese. On the left corner of nor. Next step is only about rolling this tasty Japanese dish. we just roll it with bamboo mate and cut into a small pieces that we could serve with soy souce and wasabi :)))
